Shipping policy

As we keep our warehouses overseas to be cost-efficient by remaining close to the local factories in order to serve you with the best-discounted prices, your items may take 7-15 business days to arrive. Please keep in mind we reserve 1-3 processing business days depending on your location.

Please Note: All timings may be affected due to huge promotions leading to a massive quantity of orders. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.

Also, please note, countries have different customs clearance and post office handling techniques that may affect shipping time.

Can I have a tracking number?
Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been shipped, tracking details are available for most products. Please allow at least 72 hours after we supply the tracking details for them to register on the system.
Please note, tracking information can take some time to update itself in the carrier's system during the shipping process.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
We have a large assortment of products stocked on different parts of the World, such as EU, US, CA.  when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once! It only means they are on the way.


Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send a couple of emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you as long as the order has not been processed.
Can I cancel my order or add items to it?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders as they are processed right after we receive them to serve you better.
Given that we do not store any payment information, we are not able to add an item(s) to an order. If this is the case, please submit another order for the additional items.
What time of the day are orders shipped out?
Our handling and fulfillment center works on processing orders 24/7.

Why is my tracking status saying delivered but I have not yet received my packaging?
Normally, your local Post Office will be able to find your package with their wonderful GPS system and the problem should be resolved within the next few days. In this case, you would need to contact your local Postal Office to make sure that the packaging was not left there when no one was home to receive it or was left at your Parcel Locker, for example.

How long do you take to answer requests?
We answer within 1-2 business days to optimize the customer's experience.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 1 hour. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.


Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

REFUND POLICY

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your product upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We won't accept the return of goods due to the following reasons:

(a) Clients claim lower prices can be found in other stores for the same product. Please note product functions and delivery time may differ, resulting in higher prices from our store than others even though products look similar. Also, we provide quality products and test them thoroughly before shipping them to our clients.

(b) Clients place the wrong order accidentally, e.g., incorrect color. Our system will immediately generate a follow-up email asking our clients to verify the items they have purchased, including quantity, product name, variant selected, etc.


Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Processing of Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
